An Inclusive Approach to Mental Health
Our therapeutic work recognises that mental health does not exist separately from people’s relationships, communities and lived experiences. Our approach includes mindfulness in therapy and our work in Embodied Social Justice, with an awareness of experiences including gender, sexuality and caste marginalisation.
We work with diverse clients, including LGBTQ+ clients, and aim to provide spaces where people’s identities and experiences can be meaningfully included in the therapeutic process.
