Counselling & Therapy Services
Individual therapy for people seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationships, personal growth and other emotional or life concerns.
Therapy for couples and families navigating relationship difficulties, communication, intimacy, parenting and other challenges.
Counselling and therapeutic support for children and young people, alongside assessment services where appropriate.
An Inclusive Approach to Mental Health
Our therapeutic work recognises that mental health does not exist separately from people’s relationships, communities and lived experiences. Our approach includes mindfulness in therapy and our work in Embodied Social Justice, with an awareness of experiences including gender, sexuality and caste marginalisation.
We work with diverse clients, including LGBTQ+ clients, and aim to provide spaces where people’s identities and experiences can be meaningfully included in the therapeutic process.
