Manasi Udgirkar(She/her)
Manasi Udgirkar (she/her) is a psychotherapist who holds a B.A. in Media, English and Psychology, an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, and has completed the fellowship in Embodied Social Justice at Pause for Perspective.
She grounds her work in intersectional and lived experiences. She believes compassion lies at the heart of anti-oppressive, liberatory work, rooted in the understanding that no one is free until we all are. She works in individual and group settings, including therapy for adults, children and couples.
She supports clients in navigating neurodivergence, queer-trans experiences, interpersonal relationships, trauma, grief, anger, distress, anxiety, depression, career and more – while curiously exploring and centering their values, hopes and identity.
She relies on Anti-caste, Anti-patriarchal, Decolonial, and Neuroqueer-affirmative lenses, drawing from Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Alongside therapy, she supports, supervises, teaches and mentors other practitioners and is UGC-NET qualified. She is also a part of PFP’s fellowship faculty, social media and research initiatives.
Outside work, she finds joy in video essays, painting on random surfaces, coffee, and spending time with loved ones.
